Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.Summary of This RoleThe UEM Analyst will work with our third party utility invoice processor to optimize the Utility Expense Management product. You will be responsible for importing the daily data file, auditing the data (making any necessary corrections) and providing the accounting department with the documentation needed for reconciliation. You will monitor clients' utility accounts to ensure that our processor is following appropriate procedures and help identify potential gaps in service. You will audit new clients and properties to ensure that the Utility Expense Management product is functioning correctly. You will assist other departments as needed in conducting research into utility accounts and processor's processes and procedures, as well as resolve issues with the utility and/or our clients. You will also manage the client's configuration in Zego's system as well as perform administrative duties as needed.What Part Will You Play?Perform daily download of UEM Partner data, audit data and make any necessary correctionsMonitor clients' utility accounts to ensure all invoices are being processed and identify gaps in UEM Partners serviceReview all new clients and properties to ensure that utility accounts are redirected to our processing center and address any potential issues with serviceGenerate monthly reporting on late fees, as well as other reporting on client expenses as neededPerform additional audits as needed to ensure the health of the UEM accountsPerform data entry for all received Refund ChecksAssist other departments with necessary duties such as locating bills from utility providersManage the clients' configuration in the Utility Expense Management Tables, updating the configuration as neededWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum QualificationsSkilled at basic research and ability to make calls to utilities and vendors for further information as needed.Proven ability to work in a fast paced, team centered work environmentProficiency with Microsoft Suite Products (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Ability to demonstrate effective problem solving skills and strong internal department communicationsDetail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and inquisitive attitudeAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholdersExhibit a high degree of self-motivation and driveGlobal Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
