The primary role of the Training Specialist is to develop, implement and evaluate company training activities Responsibilities: • Plans, assesses, organizes, coordinates, conducts and evaluates all HC training programs and activities. These include New Hire Training, Compliance Trainings, Refresher Courses, Specialty Trainings, Continuing Educations, Cross-Trainings, etc • Creates interactive and effective training presentations • Creates documents for, maintains and organizes HC Training Library • Maintains the HC Compliance standards according to the company policies and procedures, US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Utilization Review Accreditation Committee (URAC) • Assists in accreditation requirements accomplishment Qualifications: • USRN License is required • Expert in client-specific workflows and guidelines, case handling, TAT and compliance goals • Ability to handle confidential information • Expert in Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills. • With excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; proactive and productive. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; with firm foundation on English grammar and composition and with strong public speaking ability
