What qualifications you'll need to have:
Active unrestricted USRN license
2+ years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health / hospice, direct care or case managements
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
What you might be doing on a typical day:
Interact with pharmacy technicians, physicians, and colleagues from other departments
Respond to internal inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Gather clinical information, criteria information and work within regulatory guidelines
Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers
