Active unrestricted USRN license
2+ years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health / hospice, direct care or case management preferred
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Previous customer service or Clinical Process Outsourcing experience is a plus

What your typical day will consist of:
Interact with pharmacy technicians, physicians, and colleagues from other departments
Respond to internal inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Gather clinical information, criteria information and work within regulatory guidelines
Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers
