Job Description
1. Responsible for daily communication with overseas users, broadcasters or business partners, solving problems arising from the WhatsApp groups. Assist the local ANZ operations team to deliver ideas, notices and solutions;
2. Collect, Handle and track feedback, and regularly output reports in data form and propose targeted solutions;
3. Keeping management informed of the status of any arising problems, plans, and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times;
4. Assist online campaign plans and track status in a timely manner.
Skills
1.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills;
2.Fast typing ability, Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive;
3.Able to accept rotational shift;
4.Analytic, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills;
5.Proven ability to work well in fast paced environment to meet deadlines within short time constraints;
6.Enthusiasm, flexibility and proactive nature;
7.Proven customer service experience;
8.Fast learner and passion for internet industry.
