Reporting The User Acquisition Associate will report to the Steering, User Insights, and Acquisition Lead. Key tasks and responsibilities User insights . Understand each KPI, metric, and lever for User Acquisition and deliver relevant reports and analyses for each . Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for main KPIs (acquisition, re-acquisition, retention, customer value, etc) for the User Growth team . Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks Steering . Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations . Develop and maintain operating procedures for User Acquisition activities . Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency Ownership of Acquisition Executions . Own the User Acquisiton executions end-to-end from research, planning, design, development, launch, and iterations . Understand User Acquisition holistically - its rationale, value, design, and impact through data analyses, research writing, and solution proposals . Manage platform user promotions mechanics and modules - its processes, operations, and performance Being a thought partner, and a collaborator . Be a strong collaborator with teammates and stakeholders to drive user growth . Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage on areas of opportunities that will contribute to user growth goals and related initiatives Job Requirements Qualifications and past experience . 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study . At least 3 years working experience on project management or product management with cross-functional project management experience: Forecasting, planning, budget management, risk management, and complex stakeholder management. Personality and traits . Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader . Have a strong affinity towards nation building and contributing value .
