Job Description
An exciting opportunity for you to join our team as we continue our journey to modernize our technology to better serve our customers in an ever-changing market.
In this role you will, lead a team who collaborate and partner with stakeholders and service partners to find and implement tactical and strategic solutions to issues that create manual work
In this role, your responsibilities would also include but not limited to the following:
Identifies opportunities to automate or eliminate service demand that originate from failures in systems, processes and workflows owned by Cybersecurity UAM Business Operations
Lead a team who collaborate and partner with stakeholders and service partners to find and implement tactical and strategic solutions to issues that create manual work
Responsible for the overall prioritization of Business Operations continual service improvement projects and initiatives
Own and continually improve the UAM Business Operations metrics, analytics and service reports
Own the Service Take-on process that plans and prioritizes additional services that will be supported by business operations
Ensures that the effort and required remediation work related to high priority incidents are well-coordinated, communicated and assigned to the right teams
Work with the Operations and Squad Leaders to refine service management processes followed by Business Operations.
Represent Business Operations to Product Owners Council Meetings
Work closely with the Business Operations Director to plan and organise people, tools, communication and material components of the Business Operations service in order to improve its quality and the interaction between the service provided and its user

Hands on knowledge with automation tools and continual service improvement methodologies.
Knowledge and use of metrics and analytics to inform decisions that drive improvement.
