2. RS Data Access
3. Onboarding requests
4. Off-Boarding requests
5. Transfers & Promotions handling
6. Role Based Access (RBA) & Template Management
7. Shared Folders access
8. Shared Mailboxes access
9. Distribution Lists(DL) • Managing users in Active Directory and other applications in line with stated policies
Ticket reviews, provisioning and assignments
Work with the Hosting vendor to ensure Access requests are complete and accurate
Conduct periodic reviews and checks to ensure conformance of access to systems per defined
procedures
Handle escalated customer cases and complaints and close the case to customers' satisfaction
within published SLA's
Graduate of 4-year course * Night Shift
