What We Do
User Acceptance Testing team works closely with the business to identify, escalate monitor systems issues as well as lead testing activities for each application release. The results of testing activity are then communicated to the stakeholders.
User Acceptance team support the firm's commitment to customer obsession by:
Driving delivery of high-quality products and services
Providing meaningful data used for quality assurance
Creating a great experience for customers and business partners
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership
Participates in achieving process improvement goals
Provides training to the team
Create and maintain documented procedures and trainings
User Acceptance Testing
Manage UAT lifecycle of easy/medium projects within schedule and budget with minimal to no supervision
Facilitates/Participates in meetings with the project team as UAT or Process SME
Serve as escalation channel for UAT team and Business Leads
Review all project documentation and deliver testing artifacts
Create testing coverage and requirements traceability
Consolidate, reconcile and communicate testing results to the stakeholders regularly
Provide test estimates and allocates resources based on scope, schedule, and budget
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize testing
Performs test plan creation, test data preparation, test case development and test execution
Create and maintain manual/automated test scripts
Assess and revise test sequence and scope based on changes in requirements/design
Collaborates with technology partners on effective defect resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders on finding solutions to problems and cross-impacting issues
Provide production validation and post-implementation support as needed
Position Requirements
College graduate or equivalent experience
Experience in automation testing is a plus
Skills in Selenium is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, ALM and JIRA
Knowledge of SharePoint, ASC, Omni, Clarity, Confluence, Tableau, QTP, VBA, and RPA is a plus
Other core competencies: attention to detail, effective communication, decision making, critical thinking, teamwork
