The Role
As a Usage and Portfolio Management Head, you will manage the Credit Card billings and receivables to ensure the achievement of overall plans. You will manage and provide directions to the Usage and Portfolio Management Unit overseeing the performance of Merchant Marketing, Campaign Management, and Portfolio Actions and you will oversee the development of Utilization campaigns with a view of Improving overall Revenues
How you'll contribute
Design, implement and manage programs with a view of profitably growing Billings and Receivables
Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase the level of utilization across all Card products
Manage Merchant Relationships to increase SB Cards' footprint in the market and strengthen product offerings, privileges
Manage Usage and Portfolio budgets with a view of maximizing returns
Review program performance ensuring metrics of success are met
Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure implementation
Develop, initiate portfolio management strategy to drive the increase in billings, ANR, and revenue across all card products
Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the card portfolio to identify profitable products and segments
Manage retention and develop proactive and reactive retention programs with a view of maintaining customer loyalty/business
Keep apprised of the industry trends and various portfolio tools available for the SB Cards portfolio to better manage portfolio condition
Develop new business opportunities to grow Merchant Acquiring for SB Cards products
Develop and implement customer pricing matrices protecting the profitability of the business while growing Instalment and Merchant relationships
Analyze and report on Merchant Instalment and SB Cards transactions specifically on merchant relationship profitability
Assist in the design, measure, analysis, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects to ensure that each aspect of the project is considered and completed within specified timeframes
Identify potential process/service enhancements to build more efficiencies for the Group
Proficient with all the systems and software used by the business
Identify skill set requirements, training needs, and knowledge requirements to ensure that proper training is provided for employees' continuous development and improvement of bench strength
What we're looking for
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Usage and Portfolio Management
With at least 2 years experience as a People Manager
Good understanding of the Credit Cards business
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with integrity
Must be detail-oriented with superior follow-through capabilities
Demonstrates leadership skills by being able to lead and motivate a small group to fulfill objectives.
