Our client in USA based company who specializes in high end merchandise products in Los Angeles and New York. They focus mainly on Health & Wellness, Sports & Corporate Government sectors of America.
At present VA Professionals Global are looking for an amazing Bookkeeper/Accountant with a personality & an eye for detail. You MUST understand the advertising & merchandising market & / or advertising distributor markets & be an expert with QuickBooks online.
Your Main Assignment Details Will Be:
- Bank Reconciliations In QuickBooks
- Reconciliation & Tidy Up Of All Their Accounts
- Follow The Accounts Trail From Purchase Order to Invoices to Tracking to Freight to Payments
- Assist With AP & AR Where Needed
- Any Other General Bookkeeping Responsibilities
The person who will suite working with this amazing client will be someone outgoing, friendly and is extremely skilled and accurate with reconciling financial information into QuickBooks online.
