Your responsibilities are, but not limited to: Independently prepare and review tax returns in compliance with professional standards, within budget, agreed upon timeline, and with high (over 90%) realization Individual Tax Partnership Tax S Corporation Tax C Corporation Tax Manage and perform consulting and tax and bookkeeping projects for clients Comprehensive and timely preparation of time entry including engagement, work code, and description of time. Keep client journals up to date, copy emails to journals. Prepare agenda for meetings, document the discussion, and send to engagement team. Follow-up with emails after all meetings. Skills and Experience Experience in US Tax preparation including Individual Tax, Partnership Tax, S Corporation Tax and C Corporation Tax. Audit experience including Audit Planning, Fieldwork and Reporting. Competent, Strategic and can learn quickly. Good analysis skills. Someone who set high standard and goals Develops people and removes underperformers. Attentive to details, organize, committed and can work calmly under pressure.
