OverviewThis will be Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong and Night Shift. You will be supporting a US client for recruiting field sales associates. Some marketing background will be a plus.ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experienceFacilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with operations team and client groupsProvide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting teams as the role maturesEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internallyCompile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessaryServe as a point of contact for Hiring Authority inquiriesMaintain accurate and up-to-date TA records and documentationAssist with various TA projects and initiatives as neededQualificationsCore skills:Minimum one year Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experienceStrong communication & interpersonal skillsStrong typing skills, 50+ wpmStrong organizational skillsThe ability to work on multiple concurrent projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismPreferred:Adroit at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)3 years minimum recruitment experience on Global Recruiting for both Technical & Corporate Roles; must have US recruitment experience- ideally on end to end process.Any work experience gained from a recruitment firm or BPO company handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent BPO/Call center positions is an advantageMarketing experience - can improve pipelining in achieving hires requirement/quota
