Responsibilities:
The Senior Tax Accountant is responsible for the tax preparation of closely held businesses.
This person organizes and manages client assignments, tax returns, and projects including the completion of assignment tasks and project components in a timely and on budget manner.
They also coach, advise, and direct team members in meeting firm, client, and self-development expectations.
The Senior Accountant directs and reviews the work of Staff Accountants and can make decisions on most tax matters.
Requirements
Meets the following qualifications:
Has CPA license
Proficient in the preparation of corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
Experience in audit and accounting-including preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements is beneficial
Construction accounting experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
Work schedule is every Monday to Friday, 11:00pm to 8:00am Manila Time
