Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Proactively participate in the month end close and reporting process for various clients
• Prepare monthly financial statements for review
• Reconcile accounts to the general ledger
• Prepare and post accounting transactions and journal entries
• Diligently execute day‐to‐day responsibilities to meet all deadlines
• Carefully review and input data
• Precisely account for financial transactions including revenue, cash receipts, expenses, payments, and fixed assets
• Passionately lead by example
• Inspire other team members with positive energy
• Act with uncompromising integrity
Requirements:
Four years accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
Relevant software experience - QuickBooks required
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills ‐‐ specifically Excel and Outlook
Strong computer and IT skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills
Commitment to providing exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely
completion of duties
Display appropriate ethical knowledge through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity and professional presentation and
conduct
Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
An attitude of continuous improvement
Work Schedule is 11PM to 8AM Manila Time, Monday-Friday
