As a USRN you will be responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of health care and health services provided to patients covered under the plan ensuring that the quality for such care and services meets or exceeds medically accepted standards.
Job Description:
- Respond to internal inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Gather clinical information, criteria information and work within regulatory guidelines
- Handles inbound calls
- Retains existing customer/services through the use of proactive customer service techniques
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years medical and surgical experience within Operating Table
- BS Nursing graduate with Active PRC RN License
- Amenable to work on a nightshift
- Wiling to work on site
- Amenable to work in Cubao or Alabang
