Location: Makati City, Philippines

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of RPO experience preferrably in IT, Healthcare and Biopharma industries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Amenable to work at night.
• Strong drive to excel.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Delivered offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US.
• Covered different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Formatted resumes meeting clients’ expectations.
• Facilitated candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.
• Researched new technologies and makes recommendations on additional, candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
• Fostered long-term relationships with candidates and client.
