Job Description:
Will be responsible for identifying and contacting individuals that possess the skills and responsibilities as outlined by our clients for particularly hard-to-fill roles. We seek individuals who are confident in their critical thinking skills and able to quickly understand our client companies and the unique positions for which we recruit. Additionally, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital to success in this consultative role. Excellent business acumen, combined with tenacity, are both crucial to success and will provide you with the distinct privilege of providing the best talent to companies across the globe.
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
7+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, with an ability to operate efficiently in a bill-by-the-hour recruitment model
1+ year experience as US Recruiter
Proven expertise in identifying, engaging, qualifying, developing, and managing passive talent
Proficient in high volume recruiting
Outstanding telephone presence and unparalleled written communication skills - must have experience in cold calling passive candidates and the ability to tell a story over the phone
Strong client focus and a desire to meet/exceed client expectations and goals
Critical thinking skills including an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints and client demands
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
Motivated by personal success and accomplishment
Must be willing to work on a night shift.
