You will primarily focus on filling contract or fulltime roles roles. We do direct hire and contact staffing for our clients across industries including HealthCare, Financial Services, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, Digital and Insurance.
Qualifications:
MUST have current experience working with US based Recruitment Firm.
Track record of successfully filling contract and/ or full time jobs
Experience in filling any type of jobs – IT, healthcare or non IT
Excellent communication skills to interact with prospective and existing candidates to discuss assignment details, pay, and hand holding through joining date

Role & Responsibilities:
Multitask in a fast paced environment and manage candidate phone calls and email communications

Create a high quality pipeline of candidates by various outreach efforts, including via emails, high volume of calls, LinkedIn and other sources daily
