Job Overview:
RingCentral is growing rapidly and seeking a US Recruiter to work closely with our US G&A and Finance Recruiting Team to build and engage top talent pipelines to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in successful candidate engagement with roles related, but not limited, to Finance/Accounting, HR, and Legal, with the goal of providing an outstanding candidate experience for every RingCentral applicant.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years in a recruiting role, demonstrable experience in US staffing and recruitment process
Demonstrable ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple functions and handling time efficiently
Has an under data direction approach and understand the importance of operational excellence
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in using LinkedIn as the main sourcing tool
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Can work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work during US Hours / on a graveyard shift
