Responsibilities:
Pre and Post Payroll audits
Review, validate and reconcile US Payroll tax filings
Contact/Respond to employee inquiries via Footprints Ticketing system, email within 24 hours.
Collaborate with upstream partners on projects
Handle special projects as needed
End to end testing on new processes or payroll computations
In depth review of Kronos calculations and shift differentials
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3 to 5 years progressive audit or payroll experience
Ceridian DayForce, SAP payroll, WorkDay, and/or ADP FACs experience a plus
Data comparison, validation and reconciliation of US Payroll tax withholdings
Successful candidate will be self-directed and have a high acumen for learning on the fly
Experience with ACL a plus
Proficient in MS Excel - pivots, v-look ups, macros
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to completion
Solutions-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction
Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to "think outside of the box" and identify methods of streamlining processes and increase efficiency
Reconciliation and audit experience is preferred
Works with a sense of urgency and is proactive - keeps on top of action item owners to complete tasks
