Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for providing support to the HR payroll operational services, preparation of relevant payroll data, and facilitation of assigned payroll system processes in compliance with applicable regulations, service level agreements, policies, and procedures.
Description:
Perform assigned system activities relevant to payroll processes, set up and maintenance of records for new and existing employees in compliance with relevant data management protocols and processes.
Process assigned file management and maintenance tasks to support payroll processors and maintain the accuracy of various data and records.
Support in report generation by administering data collections for relevant payroll reports such as leave provisions, payout schedules, etc.
Support in the administration of relevant statutory reporting to country-specific organizations
Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Payroll.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
Basic knowledge of payroll operations and methodologies preferably within AU and ANZ.
Experience working with payroll systems and HR systems, Workday, Oracle, and Empower is an advantage but is not required.
