Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives
Prepare mortgage loan documentation for clients
Good English communication skills
At least 1 year of experience with mortgage loan closing in the USA Mortgage Industry
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
Knowledge of Encompass, Calyx, or Byte Pro is a plus
