Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for following up on claims that are 0-60 days old ( HMO / MLTC payers)
Analyze unpaid claims and coordinates with insurance to process , dispute , appeal claims
Bills out Managed Long Term , Secondary Insurance claims.
Investigates on unpaid / underpaid claims and find out best solution to get claims paid
Requirements
At least 6 months experience in handling Medicare/Medicaid, commercial insurances, HMO, PPO.
Experience in Medical billing or revenue cycle management is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati
OK to work on night shifts, with overtime whenever needed
