Job Description
Would you like to spend 95% of your day recruiting and making placements at the highest commission rate in the industry? Our recruiters spend 95% of their day recruiting to fill exclusive retained assignments.
We are looking for highly skilled recruiters to understand the client needs and then meet those needs and expectations by identifying, recruiting and presenting the best of the best candidates. The ideal recruiter will have prior experience in building relationships and conducting deep dive interviews ensuring long tenure for the placed candidates.
Qualifications
Manage recruiting life cycle to fill a variety of open roles with the highest quality talent.
Ability to cold call and build relationships with top performers with deep dive interviews to ensure long tenure for the placed candidates.
Foster high touch relationships with candidates.
Work collaboratively with sourcing team providing feedback to refine sourcing strategy.

Working Hours
Staff must be amenable to work during US hours (night shifts in Manila); Monday-Friday 11AM-8AM Manila Time
