-Record day to day financial transactions.
-Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
-Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
-Reconcile all invoices and investigate discrepancies
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Requirements
-Understands and applies U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for companies in the USA)
-Experience and knowledge in with Sage
-Minimum of 6 years experience in US accounting, or bookkeeping - Must be an expert, no exceptions
-Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
-Full time & ability to work hours in the United States (PST) for the first few months. After all processes are aligned, you may have flexible working hours set-up
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-High attention to detail
-Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
-This is a remote position.
