Data entry
Invoicing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Bank Reconciliation and support Accountants
Prepare financial reports
Communicate with clients when necessary
Perform tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
At least 3 years US Bookkeeping experience
Must be fluent in Quickbooks Online
Excellent Communication skills
Must be able to handle multiple clients at a time
Must pass our in-house bookkeeping test
Willing to observe equivalent US working schedules
Willing to eventually report in our Mandaluyong office
