Requirements:
Preferably Non- Native Spanish Speakers
Open for highschool graduate or undergraduate
Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage
Preferably with experience in collections
Responsibilities:
Handle collections inquiries from the customers
Maintain and update information and make a report for the collections activity
Make a reconciliation for account disputes.
Perform all collections tasks needed
