QUALIFICATION
• Applicant must have at least 1 year TSR experience
preferably college graduate.
• If High school graduate applicant, must have at least 3 or
2 years of cc experience, 1 year of which should be TSR
PROCESS (endorse the applicant from 7am to 12 noon possible ops 2pm.)
• Initial (by BP but be sure that the applicant was interviewed by BP
because it will be check during validation)
• VERSANT (passing score 62% for the standard quality, 65% for the
sentence mastery and 65% for the vocabulary.
• OPS (most crucial part of the assessment, considering the fact
that interviewer is quite picky and very consistent when it comes in producing a quality applicant and they don't want to ruin it.)
