We are URGENTLY looking for 2 IT Specialist!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IT Specialist provides software support solutions to our customers. By having a complete and up to date knowledge of the software and by partnering with everyone involved in its life cycle—from development to use—the IT Specialist is able to effectively help customers with their needs and come up with and carry out the best solutions for all requests, all the time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process customer requests—provide live chat, phone, and on-site support and investigate software problems and perform remote sessions for troubleshooting and log collection.
Identify software bugs, prepare reports thereof, and submit fix requests to the software development team.
Closely coordinate with business analysts, software architects and developers, quality assurance specialists, and subject matter experts in completing cases and improving methods for data collection, storage, and analysis.
Maintain good customer relationships, by communicating well and consistently providing high-quality customer service.
APPLICANTS MUST:
be able to work from home temporarily with a stable internet connection
be able to work immediately
have the 4 government numbers (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
have a personal computer/ laptop
have at least 6 months to a year of experience. With good written and oral communication skills, and good technical background.
