Are you passionate about helping customers find their dream home furnishings? As a Sales Associate at Homemaker Furniture Store in Consolacion Cebu, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. What you'll be doing
Providing knowledgeable and personalised assistance to customers, guiding them through our extensive range of furniture and home decor
Demonstrating products, explaining features and benefits, and suggesting complementary items to enhance the customer experience
Actively listening to customer needs and preferences to recommend the perfect solutions
Maintaining excellent product knowledge through ongoing training
Achieving individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and product expertise
Ensuring the showroom floor is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
Providing exceptional post-sales support, including order processing and delivery coordination
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail or furniture industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for home furnishings
Enthusiastic, friendly and approachable demeanour, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
