Qualifications & experience
Ability to speak Japanese is preferred, but not required.
Relevant work experience is required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to present and sell services to organizations and businesses.
Interest in Japanese culture is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Japanese language (not required but an advantage); JLPT certificate holders will be given an additional allowance based on their level.
Social media enthusiasts who love posting on Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
• Skilled in photo and video editing for eye-catching content
Exceptional networking skills and willingness to accompany clients to interviews and meetings.
Skills in social media marketing and reel production are highly valued.
Quick learner, adaptable to diverse environments, and eager to grow professionally.
Capable of writing compelling articles, especially interview-based features.
Positive attitude with a commitment to professionalism.
Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and commissions.
Paid vacation (5 days after 1 year of service, with additional days based on performance).
Meal and transportation allowances.
Full government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig).
Additional allowance for JLPT certificate holders, depending on their level.
