Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients/accounts.
Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience as an Account Officer, Account Executive, or in a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
