Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management of Cost Control related training.
At least five (3) years work related experience on construction supervision and management and cost planning scheduling.
Knowledge with the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling Software is highly advantageous.
Collation and pricing of variations as and when required
Understanding of technical drawings
Produce cash flow forecasts / reports as and when required
