PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Project Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of deployed employees assigned to clients to carry out supervision and control;
Supervises the team leader/s assigned to clients in monitoring the compliance of the deployed employees to the Company's policies as well as to the mandated labor law.
Qualifications:
College graduate of any 4 year course
With at least 1 year experience as housekeeping supervisor in a similar industry
Communicates effectively both oral and written form
Highly organized and can work with less supervision
Hardworking and trustworthy
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Preferably with housekeeping background
Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft office/ application.
