Job Summary:
 
The Middleware & LMS Developer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining middleware solutions and Learning Management System (LMS) modules to support projects digital transformation initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange, secure deployments, and optimized performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, integration, and deployment of middleware solutions.
Develop, customize, and maintain LMS modules and courseware for training and certification programs.
Ensure seamless integration between middleware and LMS to enhance operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve middleware and LMS-related issues, ensuring minimal system downtime.
Work closely with Clint (Software, Database, and Data Security Technical Lead) to ensure secure and optimized deployments.
Document middleware configurations, LMS modifications, and security protocols.
Provide technical support for middleware and LMS deployment across all ports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of experience in software development, middleware integration, or LMS development.
Proficiency in middleware frameworks, API integrations, and database management.
Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or similar, and familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for middleware and LMS deployment.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus!):
Moodle Administrator Certification (or equivalent LMS certification).
Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (optional for middleware focus).
SCORM or xAPI Certification (for LMS-specific work).
Cybersecurity Certification.
