SITE ARCHITECT
 
Qualifications:
1. Must be licensed Architect
2. With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Docs, Sketchup, zoom
4. Must have knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints drawings, and models.
5. Must have knowledge in materials, methods, and tools involved in design and construction.
6. With experience in high-end interior design and fit-out is an advantage.
7. Creative, hardworking, Detail oriented
 
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
1. Prepare and present design proposal to clients;
2. Produce complete construction plans, shop drawings and as built plans;
3. Attend regular meetings with clients, Site Engineers; Designers and other specialist;
4. Coordinate with site engineers, subcons, designers and consultants both local and international.
5. Resolves problems that might come up during construction.
6. Conducts visits to check on work progress.
7. Troubleshoots problems that might come up during construction.
8. Prepare bid documents, conduct bidding, review and award bid proposals
9. Site implementation of plans and designs.
