Job Description:
Compressive product knowledge to answer customer questions.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Receive customer concerns over the phone and email tickets such as technical, billing, and processing of orders for multiple products such as ADSL/NBN, PSTN, Mobile and VoIP.
Back-office task and account investigation
Open customer accounts by logging account details.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Help customers troubleshoot common issues with a product or service, acknowledge, and resolve complaints, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns (forms, applications, and requests)
Address product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, ascertaining the issue's root cause, choosing, and explaining the best remedy to the problem, hastily making necessary corrections or adjustments, and following up to assure resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support; follow up to ensure resolution.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to find appropriate solutions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job Requirement:
With at least 2 years of tenure ship from a previous BPO company (preferably Australian telco)
Familiarity with office software and phone systems particularly VoIP experience is a plus but it's not a requirement.
With strong technical background specifically in internet troubleshooting
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Listening, quality focus, and multi-tasking skills
With good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members.
