HOTEL SUPERVISOR
 
TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
 
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT :
Supervise hotel staff and manage daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor room availability, rates and occupancy levels to optimize hotel revenue
Coordinate with other departments which includes Housekeeping and Front Desk to maintain service standards
Coordinate staff training sessions and ensure adherence to hotel policies
Suggest improvements and changes
Scheduling time of the Front Office and other departments and arrange for replacement in cases of absence
Conducts regular scheduled meetings of employees
Provides supportive functional assistance to all section of the hotel particularly Front Office
GUEST SERVICE & FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS:
Monitor daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest/s requests
Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
Oversee the provision of guest service standards
Address guest concern and resolve complaints promptly
CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE :
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance
Ensure that the standards of cleanliness are met
Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department
And performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course business related field
Management experience of at least three (3) years is required
Strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently
Flexible and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
