Sterling Water Resources Inc. was created in 2020 to address the water requirements of the residents of Sterling Land.
 
With the distribution of water to Sterling Land Projects as the first step in this endeavor, the future is very bright for Sterling Water, which includes supplying and distributing to nearby Local Government Units, Local Industrial Players, and eventually, other municipalities and cities on the southern side of Cebu.
 
Currently, Sterling Water is servicing the needs of Minglanilla Highlands Phase 1 and Santa Monica Estate-Tisa, which will eventually be supplying all of Sterling Land's future projects.

Sterling Water Resources Inc. is currently in need of a:
 
(1) WATER SYSTEM MANAGER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee end-to-end water supply operations, including extraction, treatment, storage, and distribution.
Ensure continuous and adequate water supply to the projects of the company.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant and distribution system operations.
Monitor system performance, water pressure, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with local water regulations, environmental standards, and health requirements.
Coordinate water testing and quality assurance programs.
Maintain required permits, licenses, and operational documentation.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for pumps, pipelines, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and expansion of water infrastructure.
Supervise contractors and service providers for technical works.
Work closely with the other concerned departments during project planning and turnover phases.
Evaluate water demand forecasts for new residential projects.
Prepare and manage operational budgets.
Monitor operational expenses, energy consumption, and chemical usage.
Identify cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising service quality.
Address service interruptions and customer complaints in coordination with administrative teams.
Liaise with homeowners' associations (HOAs) and local government units.
Provide operational reports to management and stakeholders.
Develop contingency plans for water shortages, equipment failure, or natural disasters.
Lead emergency response and system restoration efforts.
Implement safety standards for field operations.
 QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in water utility operations, infrastructure management, or utility services.
At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of deep well operations, water treatment processes, distribution systems, and NRW management.
Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements for water utilities.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
