Vermillion Hotel is looking for a courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course
With 2-4 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations (hotel experience preferred)
Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
Cruise ship experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Pleasing personality and professional appearance
Attentive, polite, and patient
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible with work schedules (including weekends and holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Ensure tables are clean and properly set
Address guest concerns and coordinate with kitchen staff
Follow hotel service standards and sanitation procedures
