Requirements:
• Open to foreign and local Vietnamese speakers
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably candidates residing in the Philippines
• Willing to work in Pasay City
• Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for observing various customer transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity
• Communicate effectively via email and/or telephone with customer base - buyers, merchants and internal customers
• Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during investigation.
• Monitor constantly customer and transactional records
• Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary
