Working hours: Night Shift
Job Description:
Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services.
Explaining products and product prices
Answering customer information about products and services.
Obtaining customer information such as name and address and their interests and available fund to buy our products
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Following up on previous customers for potential sales
Maintaining records of customer contacts
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Report to the head of sales as directed.
Qualification:
Having 3 years of Tele-Qualifier/Outbound Telemarketing/Cold-Calling
Willing to learn
Good team player
Pleasant and mature personality
Skills:
Speaks English clearly and effectively to customers
Great listening and ability to persuade customers
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation
Capable of handling customer rejection
Calls prospective customer in designated market to qualify leads and explain products offered.
Highly organized and have attention to details.
