\We are looking for a Tech Support Agent to join our growing company and be part of an exciting team of tech specialists supporting solar panel systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a STEM or engineering background who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and helping customers resolve system concerns.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar panel systems and related components
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear technical guidance
Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams when necessary
Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining technical accuracy
Requirements:
STEM or Engineering background (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields preferred)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with solar panel systems or renewable energy technologies is an advantage
Good communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers
Ability to work onsite on a night shift schedule
