Job Description:
As a Senior Web Graphic Designer at KDCI, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-centric designs for websites and digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, project managers, and clients, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the clients' objectives and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Conduct research and gather design inspiration to stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
Ensure that design concepts align with clients' branding and project goals.
Translate conceptual ideas and client requirements into high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
Optimize designs for responsive web and mobile experiences, considering usability and accessibility.
Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements and functionalities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and promoting professional growth.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver design assets on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a web graphic designer or a similar role.
Extensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of web design projects, including responsive web design examples.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design frameworks.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their impact on design implementation.
Excellent visual design skills, including composition, color theory, and typography.
Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
