Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and establish new corporate accounts and partnerships.
Analyze sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with proven track record of handling corporate accounts and partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experienced of Ready Mix Concrete Operations is an advantage
