JOB SUMMARY:
 
We are urgently hiring Sales and Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team in El Nido, Palawan.
 
This is a full-time, on-site position focused on driving sales through strategic marketing efforts and exceptional customer engagement. You will play a key role in promoting our premium island tour experiences, managing client inquiries and bookings, executing digital and on-ground marketing campaigns, and supporting smooth daily operations. The role requires a strong sales mindset, creative marketing skills, and a passion for delivering unforgettable travel experiences.
 
Set sail with El Nido Yachting Club and help us showcase the beauty of the Elnido through world-class island adventures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
Previous experience in front desk, sales, customer service, or any hospitality-related role is highly desirable.
Strong customer service orientation and people skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of multitasking and handling a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office management software.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage time efficiently.
