Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
Keep accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation quotas.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in appointment setting and lead generation for B2B sales and marketing decision makers
Must be familiar in using tools such as Salesloft.io, Outreach.io, Vanilla Soft or Outplay.io
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Adept at handling objections and rejection with professionalism and persistence.
