We are urgently in need of a
 
(1) PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering
With at least 2-4 years of proven experience as a project development
Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Proficiency in evaluating technical proposals.
Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring tools.
Strong written and verbal communication for preparing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the relevant sector.

Job Description:
Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly accomplishment reports to track progress and outcomes.
Review, consolidate, and secure technical and logistical proposals.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for prequalification processes
Assess technical proposals to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
Monitor project timelines, progress, and key milestones, ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports for dissemination to technical head and management
Conduct quality checking on the completed units on Site or assigned project
Ensure to meet the targets on house construction per month based on the target per month and provide timely update to management
Coordinate with the Engineering/Construction team and ensure standard or quality are met according to company standard
Coordinate with the Quantity Survey on the materials to be delivered on time
And other Project Development tasks.
