The conception of Anita's Home Bakeshop, Inc. came to be in 1968. Starting with a small oven and a handful of raw materials, baking all the products in the house kitchen.
 
By the mid 80's Anita's has opened more branches in Cebu, being considered as the province's premium bakery and has further modernized its production process.

Job Title: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (FOOD MANUFACTURING)

Shift: Rotational Shifts
Work Location: Lahug, Cebu City
 
Job Summary
 
To oversee daily manufacturing operations in our food production facility. The role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety.
 
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts to meet daily output targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SQMS).
Monitor line performance, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
Lead, coach, and develop production staff.
Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Participate and prepare documents for internal and external audits.
Prepare and submit daily production and compliance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production processes is an advantage.
Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
